Return & Exchange Policy – Wayne Studio

At Wayne Studio, we strive to ensure that every shirt you receive is crafted to perfection. However, if something isn't quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Only regular items are eligible for return. Limited “1 of 1” editions are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Options

We offer:

  • Full refunds to your original payment method within 7 days of confirming the refund (minus return shipping charges).

  • Size exchanges, based on availability.

Return Shipping

We will arrange the return shipping logistics for your convenience.
The shipping charges will be deducted from your total refundable amount.
We recommend packing the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Exchange & Replacement Timeline

The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days of receiving the original product at our facility.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your account on our website using your phone number.

  • Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  • If you're unable to access your account, email us at team@waynestudio.in with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us at team@waynestudio.in on the same day of delivery.

  • Attach clear photographs of the issue in your email.

  • We’ll prioritize your request and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Serviceable Region

Currently, Wayne Studio processes returns and exchanges only for orders within India.
